In Ishad N'ha, the Armorer has asked me to find Doshi Gin for one of the quests. He is supposedly in the Northlands. I am through Dragonspire and the Boogers and can't seem to go any further than Brimloch without getting a boat. Am I missing something?

I think I found him near Boogre castle. There is area next to it, you must swim there. I tink east from Boogre castle
