The best way to enter a game is probably to just take a little time to skim the various threads and then PM the person who started the thread you're interested in joining. Most of the threads here are, I believe, open to new participants. Usually the first post in a thread will indicate whether it is open or closed and what the basic rules of the thread are.

The abbreviation 'ooc' is used to indicate when someone is speaking ''out of character'.

Similarly, 'ic' means 'in character' speech.
