Please help me if you can!

Upon starting the game, I get the error "Font 0 not found in .\Morrowind.ini.
Current path: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind."

I'm running on win 2k, 1 Ghz processor, Radeon VE (32 MB), 512 MB ram.

I'm dyin' to play this game so if anyone can offer assistance, I'll be mighty appreciative.

i recommend that you reinstall.

something odd happened with your font installation, and it might show up in your ini file. i will paste in the FONT section of my ini below for you to compare. so you know where to look, its one of the last sections of the ini file.

font0 is the main font used in all the menus, books, conversations etc ingame.

Funny thing is that I checked out my .ini file and it was super short! I've reinstalled the game 3 times and it looks the same every time. Finally, a friend sent me his .ini file and I was able to play. I am surprised that this even worked, but it will do until I can figure out whats going wrong with my installation. I'm sure I'll scrap my first character anyway, even though she's pretty damn cute!

that's a first! but i'm very glad your friend helped you out with the ini file. LOL! i'm sure you already have, but make a copy somewhere safe, just in case. ;)
