Would anyone know where I can pick up the peaceful racers mod? Morrowind Summit database lists it but apparently no actual file for it. I'm so tired of having racers attack me everywhere I go, especially since I swear that they get more powerful as you level up. I'm 60-something now and the racers seem proportionately faster than they originally were, and seem to hit proportionately harder, etc.

I already got the Peaceful Slaughterfish plugin, so slaughterfish mind their own business and don't bother me any more. Just think that the racers and slaughterfish become total nuisances, especially when you're high-level. (Rats and shalks are a pain in the behind, too, but I can live with that.)

I also had the impression, that some monsters become more powerfull when you raise in levels. But one reason may be, that the higher your level is the more often you meet blighted creatures. This are a lot stronger than undeseased ones.
