Is it even possible to free these guys? I always check the slavemaster's shack, and never seem to find the key there or on the slavemaster. Where are they?

Key is usualy allways around the plantations, mines , etc... Try guards quarters too. Or pickpocket around. But keep in mind that not all slaves will want to go free. Some say that "there is no hope for us" or smt. like that & just stand around. Morale-failure-flu, I suppose [img]smile.gif[/img]

anyone know what happens if you free all slaves in morrowind? does the twin lamps give you rewards? free booze/women for life? that kinda thing?

And why are the slaves always Argonians ?

actually in bandit places they are khajits too

Because Argonians and Kajiits are considered to be inferior races and also they have always fought hardly against imperial conquest (see as example the book "the armorer's quest")

As to the twin lamps, there are agents in hte argonian mission in Ebonheart, but they don't seem to have functional quests, although they are complete with rank... perhaps something bethesda didn't have time to implement to avoid delay?

The Duke's daughter is the coordinator of the Twin Lamps. Not the Argonians in the Mission. You have to free a certain number of slaves, talk to a certain 'rare bookseller' to get a password, and then go talk to the Duke's Daughter (who lives in Vivec).

I got the password once, but i did not go see the daughter. Oh well, what's a nord to do?

Well some of us like to have armies guarding our treasure palaces and whatnot. I guess you don't care about treasure, or your double katanas and whatnot. JK
