ive done all the available missions for the theives guild and im ranked as a ring leader but gentleman jim stacey wont give me any more jobs until im promoted again but there is no one to give me any more jobs help

You might have to do Gentleman Jim Stacey's Bal Mologmer quest.

Have you also tried by Big Helende in Sadrith Mora (tavern outside the castle gates)

Ive done the bal molagmer quests and the ones in sadrith mora, ive done all the jobs for gentleman jim stacey, big helende, sugar lips habasi and alengoth the jeweler i have no idea what to do ?

Save, then kill gentleman Jim...

I *think* when you off the leader of a guild [so long as you do it legally], you become leader...

ok ill try it ill be back online in 5 mins or so, also i talked to the guy with gentleman jim stacey and he said somethin bout a teleportation key which is in a daedric ruin somewhere he gave me the name but i cant find out where it is ?

AFAIK that guy don't give you any quest. did you check your stats/skills and maybe they are too low for them to promote you?

my stats are all fine ive figured it out though im tryin to become the master of all the guilds and if u kill eydis fire eye (balmora fighters guild chief then u cant become head of the thiefs guild because u need the extra bitter cup quest to get promoted. im master of the fighters and thiefs guild now im doin the imperial legion quests

there's nothing gonna happen to you if you kill eydis fire eye, you can still become Master thief. check with all 3 boss guild again and with Gettleman Jim stacey. check your journal too.
