where can i get the complete scale armor???

i have Morrowind for xbox

As far as I know, Morrowind for PC and XBOX are exactly the same.

They are different. PC can use console cheat ( by pressing ~ ) and xbox version doesn't.

Which scale armour are you talking about? there is no full set IIRC.
