Spells can be from Morrwind? If yes, I like very much a few items with following spells:
"Ring Of Phynaster":
- Resist Magicka 20 % on Self
- Resist Poison 20 % on Self
- Resist Shock 20 % on Self
"Boots Of Blinding Speed"
- Blind 100 % on Self
- Fortify Speed 200 on Self
"Extra Power Ring" (Custom)
- Fortify Strenght 20 pts for 60 sec on Self
"Boots Of Apostle"
- Levitate 30 to 40 pts for 30 sec on Self

IMO, the most useful ring in Morrowind is Ring of Marara. The most useful amulet is Necromancer's Amulet.

Custom made spells, which I can recommend:
- Ranged soultrap, much better than the standard "touch" soultrap.
- Ranged Telekinesis, which can be used for untrapping trapped doors and chests until your picklock skill becomes enough high.
