How do you steal from shops w/o it taking your money? I have a ring +3 to staealing?

let your character with steal skill do the stealing. point the item you want to steal. press CTRL + left click on the item.

save your game first before stealing.

Do note that anything you steal can't be sold. So if you really need something, you can steal it, but you'll have to throw it away when you're done.

Stealing is one of the least useful skills in MM7, IMHO.

too bad you can't steal magic books. those things are very expensive and money is hard to come by in mm7.
