I want to play CS but I get killed every time around.
So do you guys know a server or should i say IP for it to learn how to play a little better and this things?

IIRC, (I haven't played CS in years!) you can download bots to play against offline to improve your CS skillz :D

CS is an excellent game and I suggest practicing with some bots until you get better.
