Here's my favorite sites to go to for BG2 stuff. Note that I play my game on an IBM-compatible PC. So some of the links below may or may not cater BG2 stuff for the MACs. Please add any of your favorites and what kind of site it is. Its always good to find better BG2 stuff.

Cheat Codes and Game Facts:
http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/bald...e2/index.shtml is Ironworks of course.
http://www.avault.com/ is the Adrenaline Vault.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/game/25804.html has some good facts about such things as romances, using certain CTRL keys, walkthroughs, etc.

Portraits, Voices, PreMade Characters:
http://havak.db-forge.com/index.php is Havak's. Its okay for portraits and voices (not recommended).
http://www.baldursgatehaven.com/ has portraits and downloadable characters.
http://www.kirith.com/ has good portraits and a character generator.
http://www.blackmagicgames.com/ has good portraits, some game walkthroughs, and excellent voices for your characters. If you want to sound like Sarevok, Keldorn, Imoen, Dakkon, etc., this is the place to download. My favorite is the Grunter. You'll need to download the ReMixer to convert mp3 to wav. Very easy to use.

Mods, Improved Monsters, Links:

http://p.webring.com/hub?ring=bgweb&list is a link to the Webring. Basically, its a site that has links to other noteworthy BG2 sites such as Arundor, Auricans Rest, etc.

Patches:
http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy/ is Baldurdash, home of the FixPack. It has been mentioned by other posters of having patches for romances, concurrent romances, and other game anomalies.
http://www.bioware.com/ has the official final game patches.

Editing Tools:
http://www.teambg.com/?page=tools/basiccustomizing is the home of the IEEP item editor, Winbiff, Infinity Explorer, mods, NaliaRomance, links, etc. They have alot of editing stuff. So if you want to make your own custom kits, mods, items, creatures, special effects, yadayadayada, just go there. The Day of Defeat mod can be downloaded here or you can purchase a CD.
http://www.mud-master.com/ is home for Shadowkeeper or Shadowcheater according to Memnoch. This tool is recommended by me if you wish to make your own items and creatures.

Name Generator:
http://spitfire.ausys.se/johan/names/default.htm is where you can generate a custom, random list of names. You can even download the name generator.
