CPS went to a house to pick up 6 kids ranging from 6 to 18 because the single mother was determined to be a unfit parent but when the cops got there they found that the children not wanting to be taken to a foster home had broke out the guns and refused to be taken. Police are now in a standoff with them. I will let ya know what happens. The police plan to wait until the children get tired and /or hungry. They don't want to try storming the house for fear a child might be injured.

Their father died two weeks ago after being bedridden with MS. The mother was lured from the house and arrested for allegedly injuring one of the children. There is also a pack of 27 vicious dogs which is concentrating the mind of the authorites. The children's older sister is in contact with them in an attepmt to bring them out.

Hopefully sanity will prevail, but how far is this place from Ruby Ridge? That's the place where FBI agents shot a 14 year old boy and his mother when they had a similar siege a few years ago.

I don't think any Ruby Ridge thing will happen. I think they will wait a few days, then tranquilize the dogs at twilight and drag them off under cover of darkness. Then, at daybreak, they will go into the house with tear gas, maybe some flash bangs, and take the kids out before one of them hursts themselves or someone else.

At least, that's what i would do.

The authorities are just waiting the kids out. They have been doing well by themselves so far and it is just a matter of time at this point. They will not storm the house and are waiting for the kids to voluntarily come out. They just caught one of the kids wandering in the woods after a neighbor saw him and called him in. Its believed the other 5 are still in the house. The one they caught is 15 years old and is the one that yelled "get the guns" when the police came.

nah.. its gonna be ayt... hopefully...
