I did te baldur.ini file thing but when i type the code in it says error.

Let me guess, you're having problems with the punctuation that the console is so picky with.

Ctrl+Space in game to open console. Then type whatever you want, e.g.

CLUAConsole:CreateItem("[item here]") omit[]only

Punctuation is extremely picky, I spent a week trying different brackets too. usually use the (, then ", and close each properly, and careful about the capital letters.
