Don't read this if you don't want to know.

The easter egg of a button to open the gate at the Ducal Palace intrigued me. I found it by circling the building to expose the tiled section of the roof. Sure enough when I hit it the gates opened. I ran inside, only to be told by the guards that as I had no invitation they'd be kicking me out. Bummer. However, my thief (not Imoen, a halfling) had Algernon's Cloak. Remember the fat guy from Beregost and the cloak he had? Charmed everyone - yes, everyone except my party. Then on to the treasure chests. Worthwhile. Very worthwhile for fun and cash (which I didn't really need but it's something different and I remember M wistfully saying something about treasure rooms....
