Might seem like a odd request but I am looking for somthing on the compurter to make maps with..

CC2 is a good program, but you have to buy it, I need somthing free. Somthing free that is not a Demo.

Can anyone help here?

So you want a program that creates more or less random maps which you can print out and use in your pen and paper games on game nights?
