i just restarted in making a new druid in the new expanion game so i was wondering if there is any nice combinations for the druid. i can be a full force werewolf with life steal or werebear with high defense. another may be summoning with spells. there is so many combinations that i want to know which is better.. is werbear better than werewolf?

first, you cannot really do shit without a character to hunt items for you
that said I don't play druid (I am a dueler head to toe) anyhows, elemental druid works pretty well in PvM melee is a NO-NO in hell and druid's elemental dmg really sucks at high level... an elemental druid stand well in normal and nightmare games, but once reach hell, he is screwed I dont see the point of playig a druid... lol, sowwy :D |
ooooookkkkkkaaaaayyyyyyy, elemental druid sucks, any other suggestions?? how about shapeshifting?? with summon?

My advice to you is to use werewolf form with a high lvl bear at your side, they seem to do the best. Also take a sage or spirit with you so you will have better luck. Don't raise theh werebear form, its a waste of time. And don't raise elements, they are really crappy. Max fury and someone told me it was best to raise oak sage. So good luck!

Well, I'm playing an elemental druid, and I also think that it is not that great :(
Pure elemental is bad anyway, I keep a few dire wolves as well, never to mention an oak sage - they're the best IMHO. Shapeshifter bear does a LOT of damage, but attacks veeerrryyy sllooowwwlllyyy, werewolf attacks faster - if I understand it correctly. IF you play shapeshifter, you can neglect the entire elemental tree - you can't cast spells when shapeshifted! I'd also suggest deciding to play either werewolf or werebear with as little points as possible in the other kind, none at all if that works. |
For a druid max out the werewolf and frenzy attack with a high lvl bear and you should do fine an any difficulty.

What are the good skills about assassins do you think? My personal opinion on it is the shadow skills with dragon swipe or the one that is like a barbarian double hit attack.

Well to me a trap assasin sucks pretty badly. They require way to much mana, and the traps just don't do damage as fast as your ordinary claw assasin can. You should abandon the trap section all together. My assasin Fluke doesn't have a single one...
That move you're talking about is dragon claw. It doesn't require any more than 4 or 5 points. Just stick it on your attack side not your special. Speed burst is the thing you want to raise high, as well and phoniex strike and claw mastery. Put a few points in claw block as well. |

But you're going to get PROBLEMS with an enemy with physical immunity... |
