Very simple: "Tanda" is short for "Tananda" [img]smile.gif[/img]
Actually, I got this name from Asprin's Myth-series - love these books very much!
Tanda (or Tananda by full name) was ex-assassin girl with green hair ;)
Mythes are really nice books - very interesting and funny.

That was a great series of books. The lead character got a LOT of use out of a very small selection of spells.

Having a demon(?) fighter as back-up didn't hurt either.

Very entertaining series.
