1) I've noticed that the Search feature will NOT work if I search the Subject Only. I tried to find a couple of threads I had started and the Search function NEVER did find them.
I eventually found them by digging through the various pages and confirmed that I was typing the Search words correctly.
Is this just a bug? or am I the only one that has had this problem?

2) How do you change the text on a link that you include in your message. I noticed several posts that just say go Here. How do you do that?

I think the overall size of General Discussions has got the search function completely jiggered. It does work on the smaller outlying forums, I've noticed.

2) Include your text in a couple of tags that look like this:

[ url=http: //www.somewhere.com/] Go Here [ /url] (remove spaces)

where ww w.somewhere.com is the URL you want to link, and Go Here is the text you want to link it to.

Yes "Jiggered", is the technical term for it Saz has it right. It is from the Texan word to Jig, or to dance blithely. :D

A good way to understand how any of the things you see people do is to "quote" the post in question as if you are going to respond. That way you can see how the various things are done. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]
