At what LVL should I dual Imoen into a mage/theif
I want to do it but i dont know wat to do it at she is currently
lvl 1 and has a about 328 exp. so if it's at LVL 2 please answer so i know

It depends on your perferences. If you want her to get as high in thief skills as possible while still being able to regain them at the end try level 7 if you have TOTSC but level 6 if you don't. I generally use level six, coz I don't want to wait until I get a level 8 mage before I have her tr=hieving skills back. But that's personal preferance.

Most people around here seem to say level 5/6, which seems to be a good compromise between thief and mage skills. Also if you dual her at 6 and have TOTSC she can make a level 9 mage, which is the highest a mage can get to anyway in TOTSC without removing the XP patch. if you wait until level 7 she onlyy gets to a level 8 mage.

Anyway, enough of this rambling.

I was wondering this too and have decided to duel her at level 5...my dilemma is trying to figure out where to get another thief. I have had some suggestions, but don't know where these NPCs are. AND who do I get rid of in my party to accomodate the new thief! (Probably Kahlid...as I canned Jahiera yesterday).

if you have TOTSC and you dual her at level 6, she can reach level 9 as a mage (or specialist mage, I recomend conjuror)

Personally, I don't believe in dual-classing Imoen. I find it's better to have a first-rate thief than a second-rate dual-class. Oh yeah, there's a thief in the Hall of Wonders if you go there at night.

I dualled Imoen at level 5. I didn't use her thieving skills much because my main thief was Coran, who did all the work. He can be found in the first Cloakwood area in Chapter 4. Earlier I had Montaron but he's evil and not as good as Coran.

I have decided to do it at lvl 5 and if I run out of exp. I'll remove
the cap thanks for everyones help
