Why do you use the name you use on these message boards? What does that name mean to you? Just curious. [img]smile.gif[/img] (Likewise, why do you use that picture for your sig -- if you have one?)

On my part, I just use my real name, 'cos it's the simplest and straightest option, and I don't really have any role-playing character with whom I can identify so much that I'd like to adopt it as my 'mascot' (though one or two do come close). ;)

Chris is the short form of my first name. 77Se, hm, yes, I am chemist ;)

Well, I like to assume a different identity, since I always treat IW as a different world where I can be just any character I'd like to be. And, it kind of adds a sense of mystery ;)

I like names that are to my liking... but if all are taken i wuldn't really hesitate to write my own name and make it my identity

I was originally Adam Mage after my RP character of Wizards & Warriors at the blue board
when the brown board was born, oh stupid me decided to name myself after the Marvel... I've attempted to ask to change it several times.. but now everyone knows me as Adam Warlock [img]graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Nah, didn't get it from there, from the series of books by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman called the Death Gate Cycle.

I'm only using the short form of the name because everyone else on another forum screwed it up horribly whenever they tried to spell it [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I enjoyed Howards books from long ago and was looking for help in Wizards and Warriors one day..here I am. My sig..well, threads on these things exist if you dig. They seem to remain in a constant evolving state [img]smile.gif[/img]
I suggest mybe a round or two of role playing.. The Moderators are great and you will be pleasantly surprised at the collective forces that are there [img]smile.gif[/img]
Btw, I am going to take a month to totally review your story. I have never played any of those games sorry to say...yet. And anyway, how would Wiz 8 fit into your balance of powers? ;)

Yes I know, I've heard the story [img]tongue.gif[/img] . Just pointing it out. And also there was an Assyrian... or maybe Sumerian or Babylonian, one of those middle eastern empires anyway ;) , king called Nebuchanezzar. That's probably where those authors got it originally [img]smile.gif[/img]

I go by Moni because it is easier to type than my full name Monique.
Using Moni means that I am somewhat lazy. ;)

The sig pic is something I made myself after my AOL screen name.
I like swords, sapphires, shiny things ( ;) )and the colors in the text. :D
