I know this is kind of a strange question, but does anyone know the Third Edition statistics for Vrock (Type I) Demons?

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Wraiths (2): CR 3; SZ M (undead, incorporeal); HD 5d12; hp 37, 35; Init +7; Spd 30, fly 60 ft.; AC 15 (+3 Dex, +4 Improved Initiative); Atks Incorporal Touch +5 melee (1d4 and 1d4 permanent Con drain); SA Constitution drain, create spawn (humanoid killer by Str damage becomes a shadow under killer’s control in 1d4 rounds); SQ undead, incorporeal, +2 turn resistance.

Anyone know the info for Vrocks?

Tanar'ri Qualities:
Summon Tanar'ri
Immunities: (EX) Immune to Poison and Electricity
Resistance: (EX) Cold, Fire and Acid Resistance 20
Telepathy: (Su) communicate with any intelligent creature (100 ft.)

Spell-like abilities:
At will...
Darkness, Desecrate, Detect Good, Detect Magic, Mass Charm,
Mirror Image, Telekinesis and Teleport without Error. These are as cast by a 12th level sorcerer (save DC 11+ spell level)

Spores: Can release spores from it's body every three rounds. 1d8 points of damage automatically to all within 5 ft. They penetrate the skin and do 1d12 damage for 10 rounds. At which time the victim is covered with spiny growths and vines. Delay Poison stops the growth for it's duration. Bless, Nuetralize Poison or Remove Disease kills the Spores. As does sprinkling Holy Water.

Stunning Screech: Once per Hour the Vrock can screech. 30 ft radius, Fort DC 17 or be stunned for 1 rnd.

Dance of Ruin: 5 or more Vrocks join hands and dance. Dancing for 3 rnds releases a flash of crackling energy 100ft radius, all non-demons take 2d20 (reflex half DC 15)

Summon Tanar'ri: Once per day can attempt to summon 2d10 dretches or one other Vrock. 35% chance.

Skills: Vrocks recieve a +8 racial bonus to spot and listen checks.
