LOL, I'm so into metroid, it got me in the mood to build a metroid website!!!

What, exactly, is a "metroid?"

Holy smokes batman!! they are making two new Metroids!!! OH HAPPY DAY!!! :D :D :D :D I'm so happy, now I gotta buy a GB advanced and a gamecube to play them though. Ones called metroid IV (GBA) and the other metroid is Metroid:Prime (GC). I can't wait for it to come out. Will you guys uy it for me?!

urr Jeff... HOW COULD YOU NOT know that system, let alone, what Metriod was/is!!! The SNES and GB versions were REAL popular, i've only played that Gameboy one myself, but It was a real kickass game! In Super Smash Bros. Samus is one of the characters playable, you've been over to Justin's and seen Samus how can you not know who she is! *sigh*

Metroid was made by Sigeru Miyamoto (the guy who made Mario, Zelda, F-Zero, Starfox, DonkeyKong, and a few other things) in 1991... it was originally for the NES then SNES then Gamyboy, NO new metroid games have been made until NOW when the GameCube Version of Metroid came about... the GBA is also going to have its own mini-metroid version, whether the two versions will be compatible or not has yet to be determined...
