I found a sewer key, on Firekraags henchman wizard(I think). It was found in his place anyway. Where do I use this sewer key? Can anyone help?

Gammit 05-06-2002 12:50 AM

You need the key (don't believe it's the sewer key... check again) to unlock the cell of Iltha (Garren Windspear's child).

Witchhunter 05-06-2002 12:58 AM

Hmmm...it says in the key description:"This key has a faint, fould odour to it, like that of the sewers, but there is no sewers in the halls where you found it, the lock that this key opens will have to be found elsewhere". Heck, maybe it is just me being confused

Not too sure but maybe the key is related to the sewers in the Temple District. Someone confirm this please if its true.

The Jabberwocky 05-06-2002 03:25 AM

Yep, the sewers is right. Go to the Temple District, into the sewers, and around the top area, there should be a secret door. (Hint: There are some bad guys who tell you to hand over your money (I think. Either that or they're telling you to go away) around that door, if you can't find it.) ... You'll be able to open the door with the key.

then you enter in a mind flyars dungeon, it's where you get an hammer, thet can be used to creat a very powerfull wepond

Gothmog, Lord of Balrogs 05-07-2002 10:53 AM

yeah. REALLY powerful. however, mind flayers are really nasty, so watch out. try Chaotic Commands and the open door-cloudkill wand-close door strategy, or use Invisible Stalkers. the Stalkers are immune to all psionics, save the Illithid brain-drain (nothing can stop that, save a custom item with protection from that particular opcode)

at low levels, THEY ARE REALLY HARD!!!

Thank you very much, I never been to that part before(the other time I completed SOA). I reckon you learn something new every day. Thanks!!!

Hmm....I seem to have missed that key....not good...

Anyone know what item it is, so I can create it as opposed to going all the way back to Windspear again?
