If i had the ability to do it right - and the talent to write decent dialogues etc (Theres no point in creating personalityless automatons - may as well play Diablo) id convert a couple of the Planescape NPCs. Maybe 'Grace or Annah - bound to upset a few people those two. Or Ignus - just for chaos' sake. Or morte for comedic effect.
