I've been seeing it when driving home for the past few days. Orangy-yellow, much brighter than the stars around it - fantastic! I don't have a telescope to look at it closer, but actually I think seeing it with the naked eye is amazing in itself. It's so tiny, and yet in reality, it's huge - it really brings home just how unbelievably big the universe really is that that planet, which is relatively close in space terms, can seem so small

Same here, looks somewhere between 4 to 6 times (possibly more) as bright as most stars, at least with my eyes. If it were just a little bigger you could probaly begin to see to surface.
