And if they had been naked I think the chance of being taken for terrorists would have been a bit smaller. :D

It's a cool story, anyway, I applaud any attempts to lighten up this forum for a bit. ;)

To be swimming in the reservoir in April, they'd have to be from north of the border -- water is still pretty cold this time of year.

Well, they may not have been terrorists, but in cold of the North American April I'm sure they would've been smuggling tic tacs ;)

What good is friggin box of tic tacs against cold ?

LOL! Thanks for the story, pritchke! While I don't condone swimming in a drinking water reservoir surrounded by a fence and warnings not to enter...I still got a pretty good chuckle out of the story!

You'd think they'd have at least taken off their hats! :D
