Interesting article, but it does sorta explain why the administration is not invading today. I guess they are waiting for the Venezuela situation to resolve itself.

I think discord evidenced on this board, in the newspapers, and outside our windows regarding the war explain much more poignantly why we are not at war today. We're just waiting for the smoking gun. We're waiting for our government to suffer (or fabricate) a Maine.
