Bodhi's heart really only has an effect if you've been romancing one of your party. I don't want to say too much, because it will reveal some cool plot stuff that you might encounter if you replay the game.

Just dump the hart it is of no use and it takes tó much space for a hart

As Arnabas has stated, if you have a romance active, you will need Bodhi's heart. If you have no romance active during this time, then as tom has said, you don't need it. You can always store it in a chest or something as a safeguard.
