I've made a Lawful Good Sorcerer with good stats and i already know what spells i'm goin to pick but i need a good party (BTW i have ToB instatlled)
I was thinking
Naaber Human Sorcerer (when he heard of the death of his brothers Noober and Neeber he became outraged and decided to hunt down all those responsible.)
Mazzy Halfling Fighter
Valygar Human Stalker
Imoen Human Theif>Mage
Aerie Elven Cleric/Theif
Anomen or Keldorn (can't decide which)

Is this good, i need help, if you don't think that this would work tell me and give me your suggestions

Also please include Proficicencies and desireable equipment.

Who you should put in to the party depends on your playing stlye. but also take into consideration that IMOEN will be gone for a LLLOOONNGGGGGG time before she re-joins you.
one important thing is that you should always cover the critical points... like you should ahve a mage cleric thief and so on...
since IMOEN will be gone you either need JAN or YOSHI in your party.
and AERIE.... i dun really think she would really do well as a cleric... Therefore you need to get a claric and a thief... that is all [img]smile.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img]

i have completely different suggestions.... since youre a sorcerer forget about imoen... take jan instead.. and forget aerie and mazzy... your party should be:

valygar
anomen
haerdalis
jan
yourself

Dont make any rash desicions about HaerDalis. You really should read the post about "Whats the most terrible thing you ever did to HaerDalis?" Hehehehe....

I have to say i like to have at least 2 fighters in my game, as i love to be a fighter myself this isn't usually a problem.

The party i usually use is:

Jaheira
Minsc
Yoshimo
Arie
Various

I usually keep a "various" slot so i know who to throw out so i can get other people in quickly and easily, this opens alot of side quests...

Basically it's your party.You'll hear many different oppinions.
Here is mine
You need another backup mage.You are a sorcerer and altough you can cast much more spells than a mage you laso have fewer to choose.
I suggest using either the gnome or Imoen.With one of these two you also take care of your thief needs.I am quite biased against the gnome though and I would suggest Imoen.
You need two fighters at least.I suggest Valygar for one.
You also need a cleric.My oppinion is to use Anomen since he is the best cleric in the game especially after his test.
You have two empty slots.I would take Mazzy for one.Excellent archer and decent in close combat.
For your final slot take either Jaheira as a backup fighter/healer or HaerDalis as a backup fighter/spellcaster.
Both can go into battle with stoneskin which is an excellent advantage.

If yuou want scorcerer party members odwnload the Kesley mod and the Tashia (sp?) mod they can both be installed at the same time and they both have good party interactions.
