You shall not worry, for worry is the most unproductive of all human activities.

You shall not be fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.

You shall not carry grudges, for they are the heaviest of all life's burdens.

You shall face each problem as it comes. You can only handle one at a time anyway.

You shall not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor bedfellows.

You shall not borrow other people's problems. They can better care for them than you.

You shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!

You shall be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear ideas different from your own.

You shall not become "bogged down" by frustration, for 90% of it is rooted in self-pity and will only interfere with positive action.

You shall count your blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add up to a big one.

(This was mainly as a reminder to me - but also anyone else who is under the gun)

Did you guys have to do a lot of exhaustive research to come up with these articles and so forth? It looks like you have.

It's funny you ask that. One of the things that attracted me to Jo (Charean) was the fact that she was also a student of positive thinking and inner-peace. We only differed in this from the views of practical versus spiritual.

As I pointed out, I've been studying these ideas for over 20 years. She has for quite sometime, as well.

We do differ on the tangents. I'm not really into the philosophical side of it, I look at it from a very pragmatic and practical point of view.

The more positive I am, the better a person I can be. The better a person I am, the more people I can help. The more people I help, the more successful I am.

Cararean is more like a cleric. She works on her spirit. She has a shaman-like point of view of a lot of things, and believes by making herself a more spiritual person, the rest will follow.

All in all, its two sides of the same coin. :D

Yes, very interesting indeed... more or less the same side, aye
