u need to be a katt go to tajik and use eye of fear on him then kill him he will eventualy attack again but u can kill him quick he has tons of enchanted wepons and a silver war axe!!!!!!!!! sell the items to a scamp (i for get the town he is in but he has 8000 gold)he will buy skooma and moon sugar he will sell it too.....
