Just out of question who mods the chatroom 'cause once i signed in i seemed to be the only person, and then 2 more people signed in, after that a guest game to IW chat and my irc client(tracer script) kicked him outta the room, poor guest he would never come back again, but the question is how did i become the mod over there, confusing since i have little experience with irc!

If you were the first oe in then you are the moderator, you can also be given the power by people who are moderators already. No one officially moderates there.
