i know what its like i was in band camp in HS fun but lots of work and hard on the feet expecially if you have flat feet or high arches. Hope you can relax now.

Poor your feets LB put them in a hot water sitt there with them in it for an houer or so then you will feel mutch better [img]tongue.gif[/img]
