I hope the UN can get to the bottom of this soon!

I think the article is from 2/02 - but still very funny. Sadly, I believe SatireWire is no more. Good satire site dies, but the number of sites showing sex with animals continues to grow. *sigh*

hmm not much of a warship it is... you can't even land a helo on it much less take that baby across the pacific or atlantic... And if it's a war ship... where are the guns?

Thoran 10-04-2002 03:37 PM

Well I think she's a handsome boat... and notwithstanding the fact that the Canadian military have had a long and distinguished existance... the article was darn funny :D

I am a VIET NAM VET and in 1969 canada had 7 Destroyers stationed in the pacific.During world war II Canada had gun Boats called Corvets that would lead groups of freighters called convoys from america to england these corvets were smaller than most destroyers but the crews were some of the toughest and bravest men in WW-II these Corvets were fast little fighter Gun ships and because of them and their Crews our (U.S.forces) were able to receive the supplies and AMMO that were so badly needed to defeat The Germans. so don't ever take the Canada Navy for granit because they are some bad ASS mothers and thank god they were there!!!!

Us Canadians have a navy?! Since when? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...ons/icon23.gif :D
