So, what are you guys going to be doing for the upcoming holiday (US residents only I suppose)? Having company over? Going over someone else's for the grand feast? Staying at home and eating some frozen nuggets?

One of my older sisters is coming over, along with her fiance (Dave ). My aunt and uncle are going to be having company, and my oldest sister is becoming a little self-centered. My grandparents and older brother don't come down until the tenth, and my cousin the day after Christmas. Ah well, more food to go around the table! :D

Wednesday, my wife will be going to her sister's with her parents to stay over-night and eat Thanksgiving day there (Goldsboro). I am not going, because I do not like my sister-in-law. Long story, I don't wanna get into it. Friday, my wife and I will go to my mom's house in Lenoir. We will stay overnight and eat lunch on Saturday afternoon, then get back here in time to cut two oak trees down in my yard for fire-wood for a friend at work. (The squirrels are gonna kick my ass when they see that). That is it.

I'm going to drink beer and watch football I will probably cook a big meal, I just bought a large ham. Hmmm I'll have ham and yam!

btw has anyone ever tried a Turducken? And no its not a turd lol. Its a turkey stuffed with a duck, which in turn is stuffed with a chicken. All the birds are deboned so it cuts open like a big roast I guess. They are expensive, I looked up the cost of a cajun one-$120! But free shipping lol. Theres no way I could actually make one but they sure sound good.

Having my Dad and stepmom over along with a couple friends. Plus I'm doing all the cooking this year for the first time and I've already started getting ready!

Family dinner with my mother's relatives, and the requisite football, of course. It'll be fun; my family and relatives are great people. Besides, what isn't fun about stuffing your face, and then having cheesecake and pumpkin pie afterwards. :D And let's not forget the football! ;) :D

Most of my family will be going to my aunt and uncle's house for dinner. My uncle does most of the cooking, but the rest of us (my mom, sister, grandma, and me) take a dish or two. My cousin and nephew told me tonight, that they want me to take my monster manuals, because they've started playing AD&D this autumn.
