I'm for tossing it. My life is disrupted twice a year, albeit in a minor way, and for what?

Sunlight long into the summer evenings - instead of 4 a.m. where almost nobody is up to enjoy it.

if it cause so much trouble then don't use it. simple as that. ;)

Change is bad. I'm still not sure that I agree with the second hand on a watch moving much less jumping a whole hour twice a year. Let's just go back to using atomic powered sundials or tell the time using carbon dating.
