What does this ability give you? I have had keldorn use this ability but I do not see any "true sight" hehe.

Maybe someone can enlighten me.

When you cast the spell it dispells any enemy illusion in the area. It keeps refreshing for quite a while, so do not keep casting it over and over if the enemy keeps casting illusionary spells.

True Sight dispels all enemy illusions, including Mislead, Simulacrum, Project Image, Mirror Image, Invisibility, Mass Invisibility, Invisibility 10' Radius, all characters who can hide in shadows, etc. A VERY powerful spell and one that is well-needed in both SoA and ToB.
