I have two pieces of the Flail (cold from Secret chamber acid from nasty guy on 2nd floor) I have killed all, found father etc but no third piece what am I missing?

The third head, the Fire head, is in the Golem room, just off Lady Delcia's chamber. It's in one of the far containers.

T'zang T'zi, thanks to your wording, I'm now picturing Sazerac flying through the air in spandex and a cape. Help...no.... ;)
