how many of you have ever sat at you computer, trying to read what was just sent to you, when all of a sudden there is a loud crash from the kitchen?
i just had one, my ct jumped on counter to get his food, and knocked off the whole box, causing me to jump out of my chair, my heart pounding in my ears, sure go ahead and laugh, next time it might be you.

lol, I got something like that and it happens 3 days ago. it's a bit different. while I was downloading some morrowind mods at about 3am. I was shock to hear a female voice singing in one room. At first I thought that my dead grandma ( she died last year ) has come back and she is IN the house. so my heart is pounding like hell. about 10 minutes later I suddenly realise that the song is in English. I said to myself that grandma don't know how to speak English. So I took a hockey stick and tiptoed queitly into the room. Guess what? it was my sister listening to her walkman and singing Westlife songs! Arghhhhhh!!!!

once i was walking down the road late afternoon when there was a sudden noise behind me... turning around very quickly in my defensive karate postition, it was only a cat in the trashcan making me feel very stupid.. good thing no one was in the street to see how stupid i looked.

Yea, that's happened to me on the Pc before. At my apartment complex around night time, I was looking around in the forums. As I saw there was a cloud in the sky when all of a sudden a huge clap of thunder hits the transformer and sounded like a miniature explosion. Scared the hell out of me as it knocked out all the power (and only in my apartment complex too, as always). Has happened about 3-4 times now, guess it acts like a lightning rod [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Happens to me almost nightly as the kitties refuse to actually calm down at nighttime.

the other night as i was laying in bed, unable to sleep (darn hormones) i heard a loud crash it startled me, but i knew it was just my cat (he's evil.) in the morning i discovered what it was he knocked down, my blue lava lamp!
