I noticed my friend wears his watch on his right wrist, but is right handed, and I wear mine on my left, and am right handed. So I just wondered what the majority of people do here, and whether there is a pattern...

Ehh you do know that there is a poll forum for these kind of threads right? ;)

You realise you're not gonna get much info out of this poll right? It would have been more sensible to have 1 question with 4 options: Right-handed and right wrist, rh and left wrist, lh and rw etc.

This way you won't see the correlation between "handedness" and wrist watch is worn, you'll just get numbers for left and right-handed people and numbers for people wearing their watch on each wrist.

I don't wear a watch At work I just use my pager. If I am going out I have a very nice pocket watch.

Pocket watches are for snobs - you're not a snob are you Rok? ;)

Right hand, right wrist.. :D I've actually never met someone who is right handed with a watch on there right wrist except me Wow, i'm not unique

I always thought the 'rule' was to wear them on your left wrist whenever possible (and having a healing wound the watch would normally scrape over, lacking a left hand or wanting to get rid of that white spot while still keeping the time as you're sunbathing all give you permission to switch it to your right wrist)...

Judging by the number of polls on the first page of General Chat right now, I think the Poll Forum has been carefully planning this invasion for ages... They're taking over! Eep!

Anyways, more on topic... I'm left-handed myself, but I always wear my watch left as well. Just a habit I suppose, born out of complete randomness when I got my first watch.
