ToB is DEFINATELY worth the money... There are TONS of new weapons and armor and other items, and a host of new spells and high-level abilities. There is definately a lot crammed onto that one CD.. It's NOTHING compared to what you got when you bought ToSC.. There is a HUGE plot, almost a new game in and of itself. And the finale is breathtaking..

Kangaxx can be found in a house in the Docks District. He's in a house in between the staircase by the Sea's Bounty, and Mae'Var's guild. Have a thief detecting traps and walk around the area.. You'll find it, as the door is trapped.
