<span style="color: lightblue">Is there any way in Win XP Home (upgraded from 98, FAT32 FileSystem) to edit the privaledges of the Guest account ??
Because on my computer it seems to have almost admin privaledges, including access to Control Panel. Is there any way to fix this ??

Yeah, disable it and create a limited account.

You may be able to acess the control panel, but a guest account should not be able to change anything.

Always disable the guest account. It's a security breach waiting to happen...
