My favorite movie of hers was :"A Lion in Winter", which she won one of her four Best Actress awards for.

Go to blockbuster and check her movies out. She was a great actress, far too many to list. Besides "A Lion in Winter" you should check her out in her movies with John Wayne (the Roster Cogburn movies).

Here filmography is so long it is listed by decade.

:( Yes Lion in Winter is good. My favorite is The African Queen though. Strange really since that particular movie isn't that good. Anyway, may she rest in peace.

I was bummed when I heard this, but she is no longer fighting with Parkinson's
She was a great influnce on the world through vicarious and precise means.
May she rest in peace.

Sad.
Though i've never seen lion in winter, I loved the African queen and thought it was brilliant.

As I said in my thread ont he subject, she will be missed. At 96 she lived life from before electronics, movies or radio through the golden age of radio and television, through 2 world wars, and two lesser conflicts, from pre to post computer revolution...what a woundrous journey life must have been for her. I also know that she loved to work and loved life.
