[img]graemlins/madhell.gif[/img] I'm in Windspear Hills after Garrens kid is kidnapped and im right outside of the (Dungeon?) where Fiirkrag is and when i enter i get attacked by some orc guys and ten seconds into the fight my computer crashes...I've reloaded it about 5 times and each time it did this...I'm not sure if my computer is overheating... (It has had some heating problems) or if it can't load something. Is there anything special right after you start fighting those orc guys that might make the game crash???

That's what it is!! No wonder why!!...I had Edwin and Aerie casting spells at the same time as the orc mages...Now i can fix it...Thanks!!

Eh? I have had nearly a dozen Mages from my party and the enemy casting at the same time. Never caused my computer to crash, and I only have a PII 266MHz.

Agghhh!! It's gotta be heating problems because it was working fine for a couple of minutes, (after the spellcasting), then it crashed again...

For some reason the spellcasting is making it crash faster...

How many fans do you have in your casing? Is your casing placed in a well ventilated spot? Is your casing placed in a cool spot or a warm spot? Etc... ...

It's in a HOT spot (hottest room in the house), it has 3 fans, the case is open and i have a 12 inch fan blowing into the computer...(4 fans if you include the big1)

Also the AC doesn't work in the room that the computer is in...

All the fans in the world are not really going to help if you place your CPU in a hot spot. Best to have it in some nice cool shade.
