I'm just wondering because i want to see everyones favorite for suggestions when i go game shopping.

I just rented tenchu:wrath of heaven and I must say that it kicks arse. I've been renting it for like a month. My favorite PS2 game is NBA2K3 but NBA 2K$ comes out in october so I wouldn't buy 3 right now, though you may be able to get it cheap, Is there any type of game you are looking for? I like tony hawk 4 a lot too, as well as SSX tricky (a snowboarding game) and Hot Shots Golf (take a guess what kind of game this is?) For fighting games I like the oldie but goodie Dean or Alive 2: hardcore. There is always Grand theft auto:Vice City, maybe the most fun game of all time,and GTA3 its predecessor. Take your pick there are a lot of fun games out there.

Personally speaking, I've just installed Gothic II and it's looking good so far :D

Grand Turismo 3, GTA:VC, Baldurs Gate: DA, Gauntlet, and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2.

Grand Turismo 4 is coming soon too! So is Baldurs Gate 2: DA

Anyways for PS2, Cloud? Hmm thats a tough one.
Right now Legaia 2 is decent, but still nothing special. Metal Gear Solid 2 was nice, but the main character was a wuss. I'd say Timesplitters 2; just because I like obliterating my friends without fail. I am the true console FPS champ. (Don't quote me on that, I'd be toast if I tried to play something XBOX)

Or if you met me in timesplitters ;) anyhoo id go with either Virtua fighter 4 or mabey Twin Calibre they are both awesome to the max

Cloud, if you're a Final Fantasty fan, have you completed your FF collection for the PS2 yet? With the release of Final Fantasy Origins ( covering FF and FF2 ), the only FF that hasn't been released for PS2 is FF3.

The early FF games, especially 5 and 6 are excellent. If you prefer something more up to date the Disney Squaresoft crossover "Kingdom Hearts" is well worth more than one look.

Other games I have played and recommend ....
Shadow Hearts -- Another CRPG, in the Final Fantasy style, but with none of the cute. This game is dark and demonic.

Gitaroo Man -- A music style game with great animation graphics and the coolest music for the PS2 I have ever heard.
