A while ago (actually a long while ago) I posted 2 quizzes to test the intellegence of the average IW user. Now I am posting a third one. PM me with the answers (DO NOT POST THEM HERE) and I will post the scores as well as the answers after a certain amount of time has elapsed.

9. How can a woman in New York, without getting a divorce, legally marry 10 men?

10. Why are 1990 dollar bills worth more than 1989 dollar bills?

This is hardly a good measure of intelligence.
Question 4 IMO comes down to what are the definitions of twin and biological.
Question 6 implies by it's wording that she does in fact have hair.
Question 9 depends on how well you know New York law and
Question 10 most likely requires country specific knowledge.
