What Spyware do you recommend that detects and removes unwanted files and cookies? I downloaded Spyhunter and in its scanning found significant infestation, but when I went to use the remove section I was informed that I needed to purchase the removing aspect! Any good freebies or do all require a purchase? Thanks.

<font color=skyblue>I use a combination of three items. Adaware and Spybot S&D are there to clean up and SpywareBlaster keeps alot of stuff from even coming in. Spybot also has a homepage protector that does not allow that established URL from getting replaced with whatever else.

A fourth program I have is the Pop-up stopper. </font>

I also use Spybot S&D and Ad Aware. Popup Killer is the third member of my crew... love the [img]graemlins/shooter03.gif[/img] sound in the background when it kills a popup :D
