Aren't people fickle!! I have just finished watching the news, and Jacko has been charged today (or in court should I say) and there is a MASS of unwashed around him. They are all proclaiming his innocence!! If this was some unknown guy they would be out for blood. What is it about celebrities that makes people believe their word without even hearing the case. I don't know if he's guilty or not, but I certainly wouldn't proclaim one way or the other until the verdict is known, and evidence heard. It seems sensibility can be overlooked in some circumstances....

I totally agree with you. there is definetly something going on deeper in his head...

I'm not defending him, but bear in mind WHY this whole accusation started. Probably not because of his actions, true or not, but because of the money. If he's guilty, though, is another matter.

Michael Who? It's a non-story about a has been. The guy's a flake!!!

On the news they played a tape recorded of a conv with the father of that boy. The father wanted 20mln dollars to let this thing go by. Even if the kid has been molested, the father should get his greedy little ass kicked. And that first manager of the jackons: he claims MJ breached the initial contract and the manager now thinks that the jacksons should pay him 50mln dollars because of it. Wow, I really didn't like the Dirty Diana record, because I once had a girlfriend named Diana and I thought it was offensive. I think MJ should pay me 120mln dollars, just to sooth my conscious... |
If it were an unknown guy we probably wouldn't even hear about it. As well, if you've read any of the previous threads regarding this matter here, you'll see there are just as many people calling for his head as there are people who support him, or at least support his right to be tried before he is convicted.
I personally feel very sorry for him, as I do for any other accused celebrity, because, whether he's guilty or innocent, I can't see how he will get a fair trial as the media have already destroyed any hope for having impartial jurors. |
I saw a news brief that said that there were protests in various parts of the world today. some coinsiding with the time that Jackson was to go in to the court. As far away as Russia, and other countries that I do not recall. Some people from oversees is rumored to have come over here to be in the crowd.

Well hopefully now all these idjit parents will stop turning their kids over to him.
I have zero sympathy for child molestors. If he's found guilty, then I hope they throw the book at him. Repeatedly. |
I agree, celebreties have a certain amount of protection. There is a country song about this thing, can't think of the name though. :D

but 70 years in prison (if found guilty) ??? isnt that overkill? rape and killers get less then that sadly :(
