This isn't about insulting any overweight people in the world. It's about confession because I've been obese b4.

Even 2 yrs ago I was a 100kg hippo. :D
Then I went down from Auckland to Wellington, where I went to study law (which I quit after 6 months to study IT) where I started to lose weight. It may have been coping with the fact that I was on my own with other people. It could have been a change in diet. Whatever. But one thing was certain - I lost the total of 25 kg. All my life I was teased, taunted and tormented for being fat. I was trying hard to lose weight but it never worked at home. But in Wellington, I lost weight gradually.

I was often walking/running/cycling my way to the uni (at a hill) so that may have helped. I also strolled around in my bike in heavy clothes (as Wellington is a cold place to me) and that may have helped. I'm not writing to brag, or say "Hey I lost weight better than you haha". I don't even know how I did it in all honesty...

Anyway, it was my story - a part of it when my life was hard.

You should "brag" about it D. Not saying you're better than other of course but about losing 25kg. It's a great job you've done! I bet you are feeling a lot better nowadays.

That's not easy to do, I know. So you can be proud of your accomplishment!

You had trouble losing weight while all my life I haven't been able to put any on. I've been underweight all my life. It's a strange world! Anyway the general congratulates you on your accopmlishment.

In general, a lifestyle change can help the loss of weight. Moving from a primarily sedentary lifestyle to an active one can bring about spectacular results. In the end, that's the secret... No easy way to diet, no pill to take. Just get up and move, and eat healthier. Good on you!

Congratulations! I can't imagine anyone would be insulted or annoyed - more likely impressed and encouraged by your accomplishment. Be proud, mate!

Heh, thanks.

I guess I should be VEEEEERY proud of myself from now on...not. :D

Yeah, I guess a change in lifestyle changed me...Half the time I ended up taking fast foods for lunch and still I gained not a gram...yeah, I like my new lifestyle after all.

p.s. Am I being hopeless when I've been obsessed about Anna Paquin for the last 18 months? Can't just get her out of my head 4 some reason... :D
