In news fresh to hand the long-term relationship between the model Barbie and her controversial boyfriend Ken is now officially over. Despite rumours over the years of both Barbie and Ken being "involved" with action man the relationship had survived. An official spokesman for the couple, Mat tel, admitted that Barbie had fallen for the charms of a young and handsome Australian named Blaine and were now an item. Friends close to Barbie admitted that the model had fallen head over heels in love with the bronzed surfing champion from down under, saying "its well known Australian men are the best, all of them stud muffins, Barbie is just finding out big time".
